'Asterism:Lawman' tells the story of a feline Sheriff and their attempts to bring a fearsome outlaw to justice. Embark on a hypnosis-heavy quest and capture your bounty... or just lose yourself in the process.

Gameplay-wise, the game is a text-based adventure with an emphasis on bad endings, where you are repeatedly defeated and slowly figure out ways to succeed.

Enjoy!

I just finished playing the full version, and I have to say, I did not expect any of the cannon endings. It was a pretty good story, but I ended up forgetting about the explicit content near the end. This game was pretty cool, and I slowly developed feelings towards the bartender guy. Thank you for this!

really fantastic,looking forward for more!

he just like me fr /hj

But in all seriousness, what a fantastic game! I enjoyed it very much but there were moments where I had to look at the guide for certain endings to read them all. Other than that, it was an amazing read!!

Thank you for the kind words and thank you for playing! :)

Um can you add a way to gain weight in the demo

'Asterism:Lawman' isn't a weight-gain game, sorry!

What does the full game change or add in comparison to the demo? Are there any good endings and what does monster-fucker mean? The writing is actually pretty good, I have to admit, but only being a 'mindless' slave without a way out sounds... unappealing.

(1 edit)

The Demo is 10,000 words and has 7 bad endings, while the full game has 28,000 words, 20 bad endings, and 1 good ending .

"Monster-fucker" is just a subset of kinks involving monsters or aliens. The full game has some simulations which feature various alien species.

Cheers :)

Question, for future games, will you have chastity bad end scenarios?

Love the games so far and was curious

Unsure if I've asked Thai before

Probably, yeah! It'd be nice to add some variety! :)

I'm confused. This is clearly a sex game, but your MC seems not to want sex? Who's the intended audience? It seems difficult to relate to the MC and understand their decision process. Like, I come in, see an opportunity to suck the bartender's dick, and I'm internally going  "hell yeah, of course I want to do that." But then the MC is acting disgusted by it. So it's just like... wait, you didn't want to do that? Then what did you want to do?

(+6)(-1)

It's heavily implied that the player character is a huge slut, but steps have been taken to make them "more challenging" :)

(+1)(-7)

I don't understand. I have not seen any implication of that whatsoever, and I have seen heavy implication of precisely the opposite. I also don't know what you mean by "more challenging."

(+7)

Apologies, let me clarify.

- Spoilers follow -

The player character's "Oh no, I don't want that!" veneer is paper-thin and manufactured by the people holding them captive. It exists to keep them compliant, but interesting. There's a scene in the demo where you're told this, more or less. It's how the PC can go from "Oh no! I hate this!" to willingly bad-ending on a dime. It's part of their conditioning, and not entirely within their control.

(-6)

It doesn't seem to come through very well. It just feels like we're making decisions for the MC instead of as the MC.

(+6)

I'll look into making some changes. Thank you for the feedback :)

Honestly, I think it would be safe to say that you're perhaps not the intended audience if it was confusing to you what was happening in the story. xD

(2 edits) (-5)

In the event that the intended audience understands but I don't, then yes, it's clearly not me. But, I mean, this is the same world as FOXXX which I have played and understand perfectly. So I can't see any reason why I wouldn't understand but other people do.

Frankly, though, I think you may be the one who's even more confused than I was, since I don't believe I was ever confused what's happening in the story, nor did I say I was.

This dude is seriously confused about being confused.

It's not often you see someone this confused.

(2 edits) (-2)

Actually, I very often see people as confused as Shooksy. A lot of people seem not to be able to read English very well, even if they can write English perfectly.

Also, yes, I know you were referring to me and not Shooksy. I'm not an idiot, as much as you two seem to think I am.

I very strongly suggest actually reading comments before replying to them.

You had to edit your post twice.

Amazing work, MarloweC, keep it up! I can smell the Cheeto dust from here.
