i bought the game for my phone, when i play the game the text goes forward then it goes back. Like it goes back to the previous words that were said before.
I'd recommend deleting and reinstalling the game. Please also be aware that there's a "Back" button onscreen at all times, which does what you describe. You may be pressing it by accident, depending on how you're holding your phone.
I'm not sure how to fix that error, honestly. There's a sizable bug-fix coming out tomorrow that may fix it though, since it fixes quite a lot of android bugs. Sorry!

No, sorry. Chromebooks run ChromeOS, which is a heavily locked down version of Linux. I can't create a build for it specifically. The official advice on the RenPy forums is to install a different Chromebook and RenPy compatible OS like GalliumOS, but that's not a very convenient solution.

Hi, I'm playing this game on Steam and I love it! I have one small suggestion though. Could there be a way to warn players ahead of time of Nettie's impact on their body, or have an option in the mirror to turn it off permanently? I started following Nettie for her titties and the food addiction effects, but when I tried to turn off my own breasts in the mirror, they came back the next morning and I had to reload an old save.
The sheer enormity and work you had to put yourself through to pump out an interactive novel as large as this must be mindboggling. The best thing about this would be the replayability or, more specifically, how each character's weight level would interact with your own.
Although this isn't usually my cup of tea, it still takes the cake. Great work.
Also, question, will there be a dev menu in the future considering how much time you will have to go through to experiment with the game to it's fullest.

There's actually a dev/cheat menu in the game already. It unlocks when you complete the "True ending". The game guide (Under 'Demo' in the downloads section) has more info on how to unlock and use it.
The sheer magnitude of this game, including +100 endings, is super impressive. The game guide is helpful as well! Absolutely worth the $13 price, for the amount of work and commitment that went into this!

Quick question, so whenever I start the game the game will freeze on the things I selected(like the menu or start) and whenever I finish with the prologue to go to sleep it does this flickering and I can't get out of bed. What do I do about this problem

I am using Safari, Chrome, and as a last resort Yandex. I mainly play on mobile. I would normally say more but for internet safety i will not. I hope this is enough to satisfy your question on why it isn’t working.

Apple made some changes to iOS a short time ago and it's broken RenPy on mobiles using it. A fix is pending from the RenPy devs (RenPy 7.5) but there isn't a release date for the stable version yet. As soon as this update is available I'll be rolling out a fix.

I remember that the cheat menu is unlocked by achieving the true end, but I'm a little lost on how to actually get the true end. Do I just have to keep going to the burger joint and keep gaining weight until the deity is satisfied or is there something else I have to do to get it? It's starting to drive me crazy.
Just a question but will there be pictures for each black screen, maybe animation? Also for a thought when you're observing yourself in the mirror you actually get an image of yourself.

I've looked into this and it seems that RenPy games don't run in-browser on Chromebooks. I'm honestly not sure why that is, but I did find some forum threads saying that you can run the Linux downloadable with some settings changed and it'll work. I know that's not ideal, sorry.
Download the "Win.zip" version of the game and extract it to a location of your choice. In the folder, look for "worshippersofthegain.exe" and double-click it. The game should start.

The weight gain routes in the demo are: Sofi (Panther), Ben (Rabbit) and Bertha (Bear) :)

Your clothing needs to be ripped to get the bad ending, otherwise it just sends you back to the hotel. Hope that helps! :)

There won't be any additional routes, but new characters will likely appear as part of upcoming seasonal events.

I intend to continue updating it for at least a year post-release. Update 20 is in development at the moment :)
