Howdy Gainers,

I'd like to take this opportunity to address something that some of you have no doubt noticed already; The game was slated to release next month, however there are still three routes left to be finished. Unfortunately, this means that the finished 1.0 and move to single-purchase is going to be delayed for a few months.

First off, I'd like to apologise that these are taking so long. I was working towards a September release and tried to make the most of my free time before starting a new job, but with current events and challenge of even finding a job, I've found myself in interviews multiple times a week and an anxious mess at the worst possible times for development. I'm proud to still be producing what I feel is a good amount of content, but I'd be lying if I wasn't disappointed that it wasn't more.

Secondly, I want to provide you all with details of the new schedule. As of now, 'Worshippers of the Gain' is now aiming for a January 2022 release. This will give me time to implement the remaining routes and hopefully do a few months of tinkering as well before the game moves to single-purchase. I will still be communicating with a bunch of new artists from September-onwards as originally planned, and I'll keep you up with any new members of the team!

Last of all, I'd like to thank all the supporters and players for your continued interest in my project. Making a game, even an adult one, has been a super cool experience and I'm excited to deliver even more stuff for you all with a few more months to work on it.
