Got to say so far this has really kept my interest, the writing is great and the fairly regular updates make it worth keeping my eye on. All the male on male is not really my thing but the prison has more than enough to keep occupied in that capacity.
Really hoping there is going to be a gene mod update for the ship, and hopefully a chance in the future to expanded the ship to have more crew members.
Plus its relativly bug free with the worst being some incorrect descriptions for some of the unimplemented races in the prison when it comes to higher weight in build 46 (namely referring to their butt size instead of current weight)
But keeping doing you my guy, at the very least you seem to enjoy working on it and I can't wait to see what horrible fate you have next in store for the clones.
TBH the only gene mods I can think of at the moment would be the ones already in the prison and the one from the latex twin's bad end, but I'm probably in the minority on that last one.
Maybe a race shifter one as well you can get from the Gnoll scientist (assuming the bad end has been met at least once)

Spend a couple hours on this game just now. Writing is pretty much on par with what I expected coming into this and it kept me captivated even though I usually strongly prefer visuals.
One glaring issue I noticed was that I wish I didn't have to go through all of the countless random events popping up while I'm trying to just get from point A to B (especially apparent on Taun). To fix that problem while still letting the player access random events I'd recommend including a link to the applicable random encounter somewhere on the navigation screen where it would be visible but not much of a bother, so if you want to read an event you haven't seen before (would be cool to also have an indication for new events)/want to see again you can click it or go about your day otherwise.
Aside from that I think it would be a good idea to experiment a little with requirements for the "bad ends". Since the main gameplay loop is composed of looking out for them it would be interesting to throw some extra challenge and make the player think and search for them instead of just checking the travel options they haven't tried out yet. Could just be that the game's in an early state as well and you have that planned down the line too, in which case you're in the right track imo.
Overall superb product, this might not be my thing exactly (what with the extreme lack of agency) but I wish you luck in further development nonetheless and hope my feedback was applicable in some way.

There are definitely player-flow issues in the current game. My intention is to eventually implement pseudo-RNG where scenes you haven't seen yet are the ones that appear, and once you exhaust all scenes it returns to a reduced-chance RNG. There'll also be more bad endings where a bit of exploration is required, permutations of existing endings, ending trackers, etc, but those'll come after the base content is implemented.
can you maybe add some content warning to some scenes? the sudden degrading talk when trying to disconnect the ai was upsetting to me and i feel like some people would appreciate being able to play this game even if they arent into all the kinks it contains.
To keep you updated on this: In the next build, there'll be new content warning options in the settings.
These new comfort options will also be coming to the public build at the end of the month. These will range from "Off" (None), to "Low" (Default, only before niche content), to "High" (Before any potentially harmful content, with labels). These are WIP and I'll be fine-tuning these in following updates.

I'm curious, sorry if it's been answered somewhere else but considering the whole "genetic instability" and "personality drift" or cloning, will you add random chance choices? Like maybe one clone who is more or less slutty than the original, or maybe bodies with differences in body, stuff like that?
Another question, will we be able to meet the continuity clone later? Or will there be a convenient way to meet your other "failed" clones? Or will it be during random encounters?
The plan is to continue adding random encounters, wherein existing content is changed to accommodate a clone having engaged with it before. Eventually, you'll be able to round up your clones (Probably towards the end of the main story, once it's implemented)! :>

It's very likely that some of the final endings will be based on how many bad endings you got, at least partially.
The canonical reason that the protagonist doesn't send out the clones to scout is because the use of cloning technology is heavily frowned upon, and Vulpis can't handle more diplomatic incidents. To that end, your ship AI refuses to allow multiple able-bodied versions of you to be wandering around at once. There's even a bad-ending where this happens by mistake.
The next public build is on Wednesday. The majority of content this month was Patreon-only, but there are a few goodies inbound for the public version too :)
Any new content for the player's ship, Luna, Taun or Metris-2 will be added to the public build at the end of each month. Everything else will remain Patreon-only while the game is still in development.
I really love this game! But there is something I want to know: Is the MC's body static throughout the game, and any path that changes his body leads to a bad end? Or do you plan to make his body customizable through choices? From what I have seen ingame, I guess the former is more likely, but I just want to be sure.
At the moment there's a "genetic instability" system that does cause the player character to permanently change. It's not fully implemented yet, but your character's description in the mirror changes the more you bad end.
In terms of more immediate TF stuff in future content, it'll likely be planet-specific. There are plans for hyper, weight-gain, bimbofication, etc, which allow the player to keep playing, but they'll be specific to planets for those kinks. It's honestly just to save on complexity, since tracking body type, hyper endowment and the like for every single scene would occupy a lot of time and energy.
I figured that was the most sensible choice. At the scale of the full game, it would be next to impossible to keep up with every changes in each scene. This way there is no risk of inconsistent descriptions. Hope your game turns out great!
huh, didnt expect to run into this game, or play it after reading the description, or to be in love with it now. anyways with that out of the way, great game, lots of bad endings, tone of degration and rape, love it. so I hope you keep updating the game, and if I could support the patreon I would, but I cant ;-;
I gotta say, I like it. I had completely different encounters on a second playthrough in the forest planet, weird. But I like the idea of running into your clones... Which is kinda strange when it dont happen on the other planets, you should really implement the feature outside one world. I went back to the two planets with cities in them expecting to see a clone behind the brothel front desk or finding on in the streets begging for more dick of the three mooned place.
Please keep in mind that the game is a work in progress. Encountering your clones is planned for every area of the game. Currently, only Taun (Forest planet) has this implemented. Metris-2 (Space station) is next for an update. On Taun, there are biomes with different encounter lists. You likely strayed into a different one while exploring.
Oh btw if anyone know where to find more lewd bad end simulators please let me know. I used to do rp with this concept and to this day this is the only thing that is exactly like that.
It's on a hiatus at the moment while I work on 'Asterism: Lawman'. I started getting burned out and decided to work on a shorter game first.
'Asterism: Lawman' is a gay, hypno-focused text game set in the same universe as FOXXX (In a new location, but one you'll get to visit eventually). Similar premise to FOXXX in that it's a bad end simulator. It's going to be 20-30K long, and the full game is releasing in about 2 weeks. It'll be something like 5$ and there'll be a lengthy free demo too.
By the end of the month, I should be working on FOXXX again, and there'll be official announcements of what's gonna happen with the development.
Im glad this is is being kept going unlike Underdim. I liked that txt adventure as well but the creator had other stuff to do and life things like that
Genuinely a fantastic game; one of the best lewd text adventures I've come across! Not all of the scenes focus on my favorite aspects, and some go by a bit faster than others, but the amazing amount of content already present makes up for it! It's biggest perk is that it's very much a straight to the point lewd text adventure, so you don't have to wait long to get to the good stuff. There's also enough going on to keep you constantly worked up. I wish more people made games that got right into the action like this! The cloning mechanic is also pretty nice for this! Just a great overall experience!
Awesome game! Only gripe I have is that the turquoise text on black background is extremely hard on the eyes. I'm not sure how this engine works (I've only seen it run with one colour of text, so I'm not even sure if it's possible) but perhaps options to change the text colour could be added in the future? Certainly would help with the longer reads.
Spent the last few hours poking around and have designed an accessibility menu. From the next update onwards you'll be able to customise text colour, background, font, text size, etc from any scene in the game! :)

I might implement TF stuff later on, but it'll likely be caused by repeated bad ends, rather than consumables. Currently, your description in the mirror changes every 5-10 bad ends.
This game is amazing, I love it <3 thank you for making it. I'm a huge fan of Fenoxo's work and this kind of hits those vibes. The world, and story are very nice, the different aspects and interactions are wonderful...I don't know what else to say. +1 follow and another 5 star rating from me because you deserve it <3
